To pantamime giving oral sex by making gestures with your hand. Can be used on yourself or others. Can also be themed, such as double whammy, rollercoaster, daunte culpepper, and stationary. A stupid fad started in a German class at Discovery Junior High. Is currently used at Fargo South High School by a select few.
