Though Guidos rely on these energy drinks to function, they generally mix them with one or more types of alcohol to counter the jittery side-effects. Common mixers include Jagermeister and vodka, though they are rarely exclusive to either.

I was just in the convenience store, where I saw two Guidos fueling up on Guido Gas.
