Anyone, from a country south of the Gulf of Mexico, that came to America and has deviated from the American Way.
For example: Not liking American foods(hotdogs, hamburgers, etc.), shows, ideas, and basically anything you(assuming reader is American) find deviant.
Always used in a derogatory manner.
