What is Gunnel Hunch?

Defecating over the side, the gunwale (pronounced "gunnel"), of a boat so as to avoid unnecessarily stinking up the head (the boat's bathroom). The gunnel hunch is considered simple good manners as odors linger on a boat and nobody likes cleaning the head.
This rail on the stern is perfect for holding onto while executing a gunnel hunch. You can use the washdown pump or the sea to clean yourself up afterwards.
