What is Gut Wagon?

The lunch truck that pulls up to industrial job sites and sells expired sandwiches and hoagies to grubby workers. It usually announces its arrival by way of some rediculous custom airhorn and is usually comondeered by a portly middle aged woman with a moustache.
Jake: Damn, no lunch for me today!
Ted: Why not?
Jake:I owe the Gut wagon lady 35 bucks and I dont get paid until Friday.
