A big juicy hamburger (Usually with all extras). NOT usually applied to chain fast food; But rather, ma-and-pa kinda establishments.
My grandfather made this word famous in our family, I'm 3rd generation using this word. When my daughter is old enough for a roadtrip, I'll teach her this word.
