An arrogant and obnoxious douche bag who's purpose in life is nothing but to cause grief and annoyance for everyone he comes in contact with. He is known to cause sporadic headaches, nausea , indigestion and vomiting. Known ailments include but are not limited to lead pipe to the head, swift backhand, vinegar, and small children. If seen turn the other way and run. Talking with a Guy Weiner is the equivalent to getting the HIV injected with a plastic needle by a one eyed nun.
