and 'Iss' which would be a variation of 'Ish'.
A Gyaliss is a guy that sleeps with a LOT of girls and doesnt care about it. Basically a Male whore, however to be called a Gyaliss is sometimes seen as a compliment. This is only when it said guy-2-guy and compared with being Gay.
