A person who buys and sells using E Bay.

They spend most Sunday mornings bartering with like minded buffoons and people who smell of chip fat and digestive biscuits in order to resell the items at a small mark up on E Bay the next day so they can in turn buy more crap to sell at the car boot the following weekend.
