What is Habile?

Word used by people who's primary language is not english (normally French or Italian) in an attempt to confuse and outsmart people who were raised with english as their primary language.
1. The foreign person was very habile at kicking the english man's ass up Eldridge.
2. The english man was habile with the foreigner's stuck zipper.
