What is Hacquer?

A hacker whose social criticisms lend themselves to an intelligentsia and social class which demeans and discredits his or her victims.

This hacquer goes into my e-mail, reads my messages and posts criticisms of me on all sorts of message boards. Now I'm just another poseur.
