An african american who takes part in the "gangsta" community and is often under schooled or uneducated. Most of the time a "Haddamappap" is found at the mall, local movie theater, or any fried chicken "joint". A "Haddamappap" is often found wearing baggy clothing, a "white tee" and a few hats gently placed on the head of the individual as to appear mentally retarded. A "Haddamappap" speaks in a way that is confusing or trys to speak in a way to seem ignorant to the english language. Haddamappap's committ crimes.
