Noun: the clothing of old women who often seen outside bingo halls (this may be true inside bingo halls, but I have never been in one to research this).
Articles of clothing include head-scarves, pink loosly-knitted cardigans, and house-coats, as well as hats with flowers on.
The old bint was often seen in charity shops, looking for hagtrim.
