someone who discriminates against someone's color of hair either negativly or positivily. (adj.)
Guy: Shut up! Blondie... you're so blonde.
Blonde: Shut up! Hairist... you're so hairistic ...

To discriminate a certain colour of hair. Like racist except with hair.
bully: all blondes are dumb and Red heads are stupid and annoying. Answer: Thats hairist
