What is Hajaj?

Hajaj is an Iraqi janitor who worked at my previous school.
Me and my friends share a private joke about it:
"BLEARGHERAGHEARA!" - That's how Hajaj usually talks.
He was always picking up trash we threw from the window of our class, so when the trash was gone, we would say that he ate it. (Toilet paper, nylon bags.. etc)
A: Cool down! Or you'll start speaking like Hajaj!
B: You can throw the trash on the street. Hajaj will pick it up and eat it.
