What is Half Munter?

Not quite a full munter, but definitely not an attractive lady. A lady right in the middle of ugliness and beauty.
One you'd tackle once the beer googles have been applied. Say, after about 6/7 pints.
Blimey look at that half munter. if nothing comes along that's better then I may be persuaded at the end of the night.
