One of Middle Eastern descent or origin. Specifically, it refers to radical-minded misogynistic Muslims with anti-western sentiments. So named for the ponderous garments which they are prone to don on their head. This term is interchangeable with other terms such as 'sand-nigger' or 'camel-jockey.'
