For learning Japanese speakers only; what you answer when a native Japanese speaker asks a question with such an alarming speed that you have no idea what was just said.
Because of the deviation from the english "hamburger," the word is meant to be said in a moronic fashion. Comic value is increased with the addition of facial contortions and strategic drooling.
