What is Handrahan?

A person who originates from a small province, or island. They are often alcoholics or drug users, and rely on others for their biddings. They don't move away from the place they are born in. Handrahans are extremely irish and have lots of hair. They like things to be the same everyday. Also known as: hick, alcoholic, nosy, lazy. They are often exceptional country singers.
"He hasn't left that house in ages. He just sits there and chug-a-lugs beer all day."
"Yeah, he's quite a Handrahan."
