A person who are handy and screwyou over. This is a very common phrase if people who you tell to do a simple job that requires the hand(s) and do not do that job right. (plural for handscrewers)

In the apple store, I need to make a reservation to fix my i-pod because those handscrewers will not let me go into their store without one.
