What is Happy Ball?

A corny and pointless practice where people say things that are overly happy or untrue to make others feel better. Basically it's trying to encourage people in a really stupid way, or if they have no hope of succeeding. Someone who does this is said to be "playing Happy Ball".
"If you believe, you can achieve!"
"Always try your best, and most importantly, have fun!"
Guy 1: Everybody's a winner!
Guy 2: Yo stop playing happy ball.
