What is Hapssht?

the act of going to gym and throwing up the triple plates on bench. derived from the sound made by some dedicated meathogs while doing said act.
also can be used as a directive to get someone motivated or to entice someone to get moving.
most often used with a mocking vocal inflection, and a drawn out exhalation of air.
"It's time to get to the gym and hapssht!!!"
