One who is hard, tough, means business, not to be messed with. usual term for a "wog" that looks hard. instead of the word gangsta, a more aussie saying in the social society is hardbro. hard is what it is, and bro comes from the slang that people call eachotha......ey how u doin bro, or fu*k that sh*t bro. sometimes used in a humours way of mocking wannbe gangstas.
