What is Harminept?

When someone you are singing with, either acapella, or accompanied, cannot for the life of them stick to their part! They continuously switch to the other part, thus making them "Harmoniously Innept." "Harminept"
You will have to imagine, or be exposed to this in action....it's painful to say the least. "I wish Steve could stick to his singing part when we harmonize. He always jumps up or down to mine. He must be Harminept."
