What is Harmuffica?

From Greek mythology a Harmuffica is the evil demon succubus's demonic instrument. In todays society the word is used as a verb indicating a males desire to perform a certain act on a female. While playing the Harmuffica is one step further than the normal act, it is to perform in a way creating music which brings a hyper-climax or ubergasm if you will, to the receiver.
Jeremy: Hey ladies, you know im in band right?
Ladies: Really? What do you play?
Jeremy: well girls, i play a little thing called the harmuffica!
Ladies: (gasp wildly)
