Frantically energetic. Performing fast actions, mostly unproductively.
We adopted a Border Collie puppy but he is too harumptious for our small apartment. We should have got an older dog that is less energetic.
You were so wasted on speed last night mate, you got right harumptious in the Kebab shop. I had to smoke a J with you to calm you down.
