Hash Bash Edit Meaning

Hash Bash is an annual event organized by the Michigan National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws ( NORML). It takes place on the first Saturday of April in Ann Arbor, MI on the campus of The University of Michigan. At high noon on the Diag there are speakers and rallying and afterwards a street fair on Monroe. Ann Arbor has a $25 civil infraction fine for smoking marijuana on city property.
