What is Hassoe?

Similar to the well known term ' Hassle ' but forged in a rash devon tongue dialect after 15 pints of scrumpy jack from the local thresher whilst you flick through the local express and echo or herald express only to find photos of hairy men holding up fish they caught .. riveting.
This term instead of being used in a full sentence can be boomed aloud as a derogative statement to something that would normally mean you have to lift an actual finger or get up off your fat behind.

Dorris : " can you do me a favour and tighten up my bra? "
Me : " HASSOE "
Example 2 :
Man:" I have to go to work "
Me : " HASSOE "
