What is Hatian Grub Turtles?

Turtles native to the country of Haiti. The Hatian Grub Turtle gets its name from it's diet; which of course grubs. The turtles also secrete a chemecal which is potent to humans and will leave burning, itching rings on thier skin. There is an overpopulation of these tutles in Haiti because their only preditor, the Haitian Scrub Ferret, is going extinct. Laws have now been put in place in Haiti to stop the poaching of the ferrets.
"Hatian Grub Turtles." In the years of 2000-2007 alone there was a reported 4,245 fatalities as a result of direct contact with the Haitian Grub Turtles.
