Shortened version of "Havaianas Junkie" pertaining to a PERSON who is ga-ga over Havaianas: a brand of Brazilian-made rubber slippers, and owns several dozen pairs, even if these are considered quite pricey.
Note: Not to be mistaken for "havs," which is the shortened version of the brand itself.
