Chaotic chaos that revels in the looks of disbelief, amazement, and awe that only comes from being the epitome of EPIC randomness. Can be used positively, negatively, or both ways at once. Is ALWAYS capitalized no matter where it is or how it is used in the sentence. The sentence that contains this word is always followed by another short sentence that expresses disbelief, amazement, and/or awe.
So my buddy went and choked down 10 shots of espresso, 3 liters of Mountain Dew, and other assorted sugar and caffeine based substances and went full Havokblast on us last night. It was insane!
