What is Hawt Pocket?

The act of slipping one's penis into an unsuspecting victim's pocket. It is suggested that the penis be placed in the pocket that contains the person's phone. The person giving the hawt pocket can then text "hawt pocket" to the victim, thus when the phone goes off they reach into the pocket and get a handful of penis.
My friend sent me a text the other day, but unfortunately for me it was just a hawt pocket.
