What is Hay-bailing?

Pretty much entails climbing on hay bails that are in fields which are on an incline,(the bigger the better) then riding the bails as they tumble down the hill, usually involves falling off onto your head and being chased by farmers!
"oh shite theres the farmer, roll faster than youve ever rolled before alex you goit, i'll dive into those bushes".
