The call given by White Sox play by play man Ken "Hawk" Harrelson when an opposing player strikes out during the game.

When someone asks for a person and he has left the room, this is a reply.

Also can be used to as an exuberant exclamation for when someone dies in a television show or movie, no matter how inappropriate.
