1. A headmug is actually a suffix for an adjective or insult.
2. Can also be an idiot, nincompoop, or a friendly way of saying you're retarded at the right time.
3. Someone you really don't like and tell them they're a "headmug" simply for acting stupid or saying something that you don't want to hear.
