What is Heafin?

A scottish term referring to a person or creature that is large, obese, ugly and otherwise unattractive to look at. It amplifies the meaning of other words like "beast", to increase the overall sense of ugliness being conveyed. Derogatory in nature.
"Who'd sleep with a heafin beast like that?"
