What is Heartless Romantic?

man/woman who deeply shows romanticism towards one night stands, and other little insignificant relationships towards the opposite sex. "Heartless romantics" usually 1) flirt with the opposite sex in an extreme manor, such as calling them adorable, cute, attractive, and in some cases beautiful, and 2) spend one day with their desired one day/nighter and never call/text them back again.
suzy: oh my god i heard you hung out with timmy yesterday? hes the one that would always call and text you right? he was a complete sweetheart!
allison: yeah, turns out hes a heartless romantic, he hasnt text me or called me since!
suzy: wow what a dingleberry.
