A person who picks on others verbally by mocking and making jokes at their expense. Someone who commonly "roasts" their friends and acquaintances. Someone who brings the heat.
Reggie goes around the room picking out everyone's flaws and exposing them. His jokes are funny but not everyone can take the heat. He's such a heat merchant.
