What is Heckeropting?

Heckeropting is the giving of ops, or half-ops to a person in an IRC chat room. Once one person says "Heckeropt me!" another must reply, "YOU BETCHA!" and then give them ops.

"Will somebody heckeropt me?"

"Sure, pal!"
