one who displays the typical characteristics of a mentally or physically challenged person even though they are perfectly normal by all other standards.... i.e jack-ass, moron, retard, spazz. Normally used by persons from Medford, Massachusetts (location of the Dorothy Hegner Center for Special Needs).
