A general word used to show joy or confusion or whatever emotion is appropriate.
Originates from the cult Super Mario Långben cartoon films, in which characters would often use this exclamation.
"...The corn stalk says, 'I'm all ears!' "
"Hehu!"
"I had a miscarriage."

"Do the curtains match the drapes?"
"Perfectly, hehu!"
