What is Helengrad?

The new name for the Uptown, Chicago neighborhood, should Helen Shiller win re-election in February of 2007.

In order to accentuate the communist and socialist leanings of Alderman Helen Shiller, we will rename Uptown and the 46th ward of Chicago "Helengrad".
