The act of extreme guilty paranoia, following a session of heavy drinking, usually conducted by people called Helen.
Sometimes without reason.
Tim: You don’t look so good today mate
Sion: Cant remember anything i did last night, think i might have kissed a boy
Tim: That’s terrible mate, how do you feel about it
