What is Hella Breath?

A term invented by Chemudupati, de Jong, and Mitch "The Itch" Newman over BOB II in 2007.
1. When it's so cold that you can see vapor from your mouth. The degree of the coldness is communicated through the stress on the "hella".
2. Something else that cannot be disclosed here because then the joke would no longer be "inside". (Feel free to make up a meaning.)
- "Hey Mitch!"
-"Hey what?!"
-"You can see hella breath!"
-"Duuuuuude, you. can. see....HELLLLLLLLLAAAA BREATH!!!! and some dirty shoes too."
