What is Hellerism?

An insignificant rant or whine posted on forums. Usually an unsubstantiated claim or outright lie. Always followed by a disclamer for making such a Hellerism when called out by others in the forum. For each Hellerism there are 5-15 posts to save face.
You just got your @ss handed to you (When in fact the poster just made a fool of himself) is a typical Hellerism
That is not what I posted! Your are the dumb @ss because you mother is this or that. Is a typical following after a Hellerism.
