The social view based upon a life lived off of music, food, and women. Somebody who is a "Hellerman" might feel obliged to play guitar while eating a hot dog and performing anal sex with a woman.
"You can tell that he is a firm believer in Hellermanism because he is sexy, a musician, hungry, and is currently recieving a blow job".
