What is Hendricks?

A young man who lacks shoes, that often engages in sexual relationships with boys under the age of 9. They usually have long hair, and are slightly mexican.
Look at that little boy, he's a sure target for a hendricks, he better put some more cloths on, and maybe tuck his weiner between his legs before one sees him.
