1. To speak in a way that is not to be taken seriously or that is simply not possible to take seriously. Joke ridiculously.
2. Act in a specific way or do things that make you seem a complete idiot, asshole, and simply a big intolerable loser.
3. Burst out into technical explanations that no one could care less about to try to impress people or make yourself look smart. Also applies about fucked up anime talk no one wants to hear but you HAVE to say it anyways.
Ex.1 Oh, you're just henning with me! or Stop henning around, you seem so stupid.
Ex.2 Stop henning, makes me wanna punch you in the face. or When you're henning I can't help thinking of killing you. It makes me so angry.
Ex.3 He henns so much it makes me wanna puke...on him. ^^

Henning is in this case a verb, commonly used in the form "To pull a Henning."
To pull a Henning involves multiple parts; first an outlandish and absurd claim such as "heroin is edible" or "electricity doesn't exist" or even "cigarettes are good for your health" must be made.
Then the retard who uttered the words must both
a) believe it wholly themselves because they are to stupid to realize how dumb they really are, and
b) try to convince others around them that their "ingenious" ideas are something more than complete trash.
The phrase to pull a Henning stems from none other than Patrick Henning, (I daresay) a man who lost all his friends because he was an egotistical stupid piece of shit who tried to use and manipulate others, driving his "friends" apart in the process, and cared only about himself, who often made stupid claims such as those listed because he was older than us and was "in college."
(note he dropped out of college after a sexual harassment suit and sub sequentially knocked up a really ugly girl who bore his child and now they live off of a settlement he got because the dumb sonofabitch got hit by a truck twice and lived, a point he is rather proud of btw)
Timmy thinks the sky is green.

Patrick Henning thinks the sky is made of oatmeal.
