What is Henry Story?

A story that is excruciatingly bad, and is often completely pointless and told in a monotone voice. Henry Stories are traditionally told while discussing a completely different matter at hand, and result in absolute silence after being told. This is when the storyteller makes a futile attempt to explain how it was relevant to the conversation, but is quickly shot down.
Philip: Dude, did you guys hear about the phantom shitter in the library?
David: Yeah, I want to track him down and give that guy a high five.
Henry: One time, I was at Cohen's Gym lifting weights after school, and this really short guy was benching more than anyone else there.
*silence*
Henry: I don't know, I just thought I'd tell you guys about it cause it was funny.
David: Shut the fuck up, don't ever talk again or I'll kill you. Next time we hear a Henry Story, me and Phil are gonna slap the taste outcha face, bitch.

a phony story made up to make yourself look good but really it is so outrageous nobody will be able to believe it. Henry is referring to your friend who often times is playing video games and is fat.
"one time I stabbed my mom in the eye and then she crashed into a tree and we quick ran to the hospital before we got to your house." Then a friend would say,"yep, thats just one of his henry story."
