What is Herblore?

A skill in Runescape where you mix an herb with a secondary ingredient in a vial of water to create a potion. Other high levelled potions require coconut milk instead of water.
This skill was called Herblaw in Runescape Classic.
Wow I finally have 38 Herblore! I can start making Prayer potions!
